1). Am I smart enough to do this?

2). So what's stopping me from ordering this list from HUD myself and being a processor?

Nothing, but there is absolutely no way you will know how to contact these people, know what to say, know how to do the paperwork and get paid right away! And it may result in a lot of work for nothing.

3).Is this Legal?

Yes, Absolutely in every way. And HUD/FHA wants you to do this, It saves them millions in administrative costs.

4).How long is this going last?

Experts say that this problem for HUD/FHA will continue for at least the next 20 years. Every month more people are added to this list.

5).What is the average refund?

The average refund is $800.00-$1200.00 which make your 20%-30% fee equal $240.00-$400.00, But if you wanted to you could work on only the people who had over $1000.00 coming back to them. The highest refund is around $5000.00.

6).How did I decide on 20-30% processing fee?

You can charge whatever you feel is fair. Don't be greedy! Also, you always need to call it a processing fee and not a finder's fee. This enables you to charge more than 5-10%.

7).How long will it take before I start making one from the day I start?

You can start making money that same day, but it will usually take a couple days for you to get the cash in your hand, I will show you how to get paid the exact day you disclose the information to the people.

8).Can you do this in States other than your own?

Yes, you can do any state in the entire United States.

9).What is your expenses?

Your only expense is a Tracer listing that you will need to order and update on around every 3-4 months. There are so many people on the list you may never have time to get through it all. You will need postage stamps and stationery.

10).Do you have a lot of mailing to do?

Very little, you can do 70% of the work over the phone.

11).Is there a lot of competition?

12).Does HUD/FHA requires you to be licensed?

Absolutely Not!! There is no license that is required to do this Work At Home job.

13).What's stopping these people from calling HUD/FHA and doing these themselves after I talk to them?

That's easy, 1. They don't have their FHA case number 2.They don't have the direct number to the HUD/FHA Claim Dept.3.You are paid up front before you disclose the information to them, or you will have them sign a contract stating they will pay you after they receive the funds.
